Code of Conduct for Participants in ABSA Events

Advanced Business Strategy Analytics for Conferences &  Seminars Organizing Co. L.L.C (“ABSA”) is committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for all participants in our events, including sponsors, delegates, guests, contractors, and anyone present at the trade platforms hosted by ABSA. By participating in our events, you agree to adhere to the following code of conduct:

1. Professional Conduct:

  • Treat all participants, ABSA staff, and event speakers with respect and courtesy.
  • Avoid engaging in any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behaviour.

  • Respect the intellectual property rights of ABSA and other participants.
  • Do not use, reproduce, or distribute any event materials without proper authorization.

5. Networking and Collaboration:

  • Use networking opportunities to build professional relationships and collaboration.
  • Be open to diverse perspectives and contribute to a positive and inclusive atmosphere.

6. Privacy and Data Protection:

  • Respect the privacy of other participants and ABSA staff.
  • Do not share personal information without explicit consent.

7. Dress Code:

  • Adhere to any dress code specified for the event.
  • Dress in a manner that is professional and appropriate for the occasion.

8. Compliance with Event Rules:

  • Follow any event-specific rules or guidelines provided by ABSA.
  • Report any concerns or violations to ABSA staff promptly.

9. Photography and Recordings:

  • Obtain consent before taking photographs or recordings of other participants.
  • Respect the event’s policies regarding photography and recordings.

10. Compliance with health department guidelines:

  • Adhere to any health and safety guidelines, including those, implemented by regional health department, ABSA or Venue for the event.

11. Reporting Violations:

  • Report any violations of this code of conduct to ABSA staff immediately.
  • ABSA will investigate reported violations and take appropriate action.

12. Consequences of Violations:

  • ABSA reserves the right to take corrective action, including removal from the event, for
    violations of this code of conduct.
  • Serious violations may result in further legal action.
